I redownloaded the drivers several times and it still did not work.

My only hard time is with scanning, but I just need to learn to adjust the paper right.

a little while ago required me to run back and forth between the printer and router while trying to hit the WPS buttons at the right time

Constantly coming up with more ways of it not working, often times a warning of “load the correct paper”...which it always is

This printer works fine, when it actually prints...unfortunately, the last three times I have tried to print anything, I've had paper jams

The paper jams in this printer any time we put more than a couple sheets in the feeder.

My plan is rather then wasting more time trying to read the repairs, which by the way may as well be written in Chinese as I don't understand computer speak, I'll buy a USB cord and forget the wireless concept

The setup for scanning is very confusing, the printer jammed the first time I ever printed something

Over 4 months, this printer has worked approximately 4 times

Ink is very expensive and does not last very long at all (only lasts as long as it did because I never use this printer, because it's always such a time consuming hassle)It takes FOREVER to print a single black and white page of text

This device and the service with it manage to waste your money, and then your time.

This unit is a Canon PIECE OF CRAP, you have to push the same stupid button and OK 10 TIMES, before you can print or scan, by the way, the scanner and the photo printer, both SUCK BIG TIME, DO NOT BUY

I've had this printer for a solid 6 months - a time I think is adequate enough to really try this printer out.

I got a paper jam every time I tried to use it and on the third time could not even get the paper out.

So if your like me and color printing is not so common but a few times a year, its a safe bet this will last you a long time

I knew that it didn't do automatic double sided printing but the manual process is time consuming and confusing.-Often loses the wifi

only an OK buy not a great buy and when it breaks I’ll definitely be buying a different printer
