Its small land light , easy to carry everywhere

It does handle concert lighting well for a point and shoot.

Also while these little point and shoot cameras with small sensors can't do low light like a larger DSLR sensor, they are worlds better than the tiny sensors in a phone

Other users have noted this as well-Unless I was outside and the lighting was super bright, it took grainy and blurry pictures-The "wi-fi" feature does not work with Facebook, which is one of the main reasons I wanted a camera with that

But unless your kids are in broad daylight, or a full body cast, you probably end up with a bunch of blurry pictures of them because kids tend to move, and cell phone cameras aren't so good at handling motion or less than ideal lighting

I shot a ton of pics and video with this camera and I will say that it does take brilliant daytime pictures, low light not so much
