I finally got the water tank to properly seat and the unit successfully received water.

Quality issues!The water tank did not seat well at all in the unit.

The water tank holds a good amount of water, but is very thin - the inside is slightly more than an inch thick.

Water tank had water spots, when I removed the red safety plug it was wet and so was the water reservoir plug entrance
