I have been using my car’s USB charger and its slow, my sister-in-law recommended using an actual car charger that plugs into lighter thingie and SURE enough it charges ALOT faster than my car usb one

What I am looking for is one that support fast charge (5 V USB C).

Your phone may not charge quite as fast as with the original charging cable and brick, but the difference is negligible for most devices, in my experience.
