You place the other end in you car vents, they hold really well

Little getting used to but it works great for the price, If I needed more than 2 I wouldn't hesitate to buy more comes with 4 magnets of 2 different sizes to put on your phone and the two mounts for the car vents.

Works for rectangular vehicle vents not so much for curcular or oval shaped air conditioning car vents.

The mount fit tightly on my car vent, but the weight of my Samsung Note 8 phone with an Otterbox cover was too heavy

Keep in mind that because this product attached to the car vent, it will prevent you from having access to the vent, which isn't ideal in the winter months because if the vent isn't closed, the phone then overheats causing the phone shuts down by default to prevent damage

I had my doubts but these are super strong magnets and they fit nicely and securely into your cars vent

so i honestly was doubtful that it might fall off, but it did fit nicely and snug on the car vent so that eased my doubts.

While it may depend on how your car vents are designed, I noticed that tilting the vents upwards of 45 degrees helped on bumpy roads

This could be a downfall if your car vents are at a weird angle however because this limits the adjustability of the angle your phone is held at.

Good, but after a few months of use, the rubber started coming off the metal prongs that it was attached with via glue: the metal then proceeded to scratch the plastic of my car vents and not as tight as before

but, it has a hard time staying in our car vents when a phone is on it.
