The flexible arm is not quite stiff enough for the weight of my phone, so I ended up using a couple of zip-ties through part of my dashboard to help hold it up

I use it just wish the arm was stiffer.

The flexible arm and the USB ports are working good for us

Fits well in the electrical plug in, the arm is sturdy, the mounting connections pivots and tilts many ways

Only knock on the phone mount is the bendable arm and wishing it was a bit longer.

The device works ok but the arm that holds the phone is not stiff enough and sags.

Its a good phone holder, a little too short and my arm is in the way to keep my eyes on the road and GPS directions

It keeps tilting left or right by la bump on a road.3 Height wide, the arm is not adjustable

The cigarette charger didn't stay in for too long and the flimsy arm kept drooping down and needed adjusting every 15 min.

The plug itself hasn't turned or really moved once plugged in (although I do push it in on occasion just to make sure it's well seated) and the arm is stable and short enough that phone vibrations are minimized

I was worried the arm would be weak and

Stays firmly in cig lighter, holds phone firmly, no slippage, easy to slip in and out - and arm is stiff enough that phone doesn't shake when driving yet pliable enough that it can be adjusted easily.

Unfortunately, this really doesn't have the arm strength to support a larger phone

This would be a great holder if the top arm were more "adjustable" as it is it can be adjusted to specific sizes.

This little device has a flexible arm which allows for easy positioning and I'm able to access the phone without reaching too far from the driver's seat

The arm often collapsed under the weight of iPhone 7 and entire changer component fell apart when removed from car port.

so I have to move my arm out of the way and look down to read the map, again, not the safest

This one with the goose neck on it however works just about as perfect as it could for where my outlets are, so I am very happy with it.
