The outlets on my car are in a weird location, as are the air vents for any kind of vent mounted phone mount.

People are complaining that you need two hands to unsecure the phone from the mount - well this is the trade-off you get in order to have it secured properly

The piece that goes into the cigarette lighter adapted doesn’t push in all the way so the phone is not secure and slides around whenever I am making a turn or going around a curve

The only thing I realized that was different was that there is no release mechanism to unlock the mount once it is locked into place to hold my phone, but this is totally fine because the ridges on the top clip of the phone mount makes it so that I can just slide my phone out of the mount, no problem

It continually sags down pointing the phone toward the floor, which is not acceptable.

And to top it off, the phone must be powered to prevent drain while using GPS.

The phone is very secure, and the gooseneck is stable and remains strong in position (unlike other gooseneck products)

Note: You need to push the mount firmly into the power outlet; it is meant to be snug, so that the grip is firm and the phone remains steady (which it does).
