I sent postage to the manufacturer to attempt to get a properly functioning set, but received no correspondence from Carlsbro.

My only complaint is that the set is difficult to fold up and I cannot get it to fold into the size of a backpack.

I am not a drummer, but he loves the set and seems very happy with it.
