The second time the same exact thing happened, even broke in the same spot

Both times the rings have become misaligned and will not hold the contents

Every time I open it, my papers fall out

This is the second "case it" binder we have and both times the metal binder part misaligned.

However, the springs pop open MULTIPLE times a day and constantly lose all my paperwork inside.
