The buttons on the side are missing

However the buttons fall out

The water in the back was empty and a button was missing I had to order the product twice to piece everything together and have a complete case.

The buttons have all fallen off except one.

This case is adorable but when I received the case, the metallic button that is supposed to cover the power button was missing

The buttons aren't very secure

the buttons on my case came broken and it was dirty

The button that covers the phones power button fell out and now I have to basically stick something in that hole to get the phone to lock or to shut it down.

And then the button fell off
