Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Playstation 3

    • It gets extremely fun, as the environments, normal enemies, bosses, trials, etc. are plentiful and surprisingly varied (which is very different than other games in the genre)
    • What we have all come to love from the series: gothic sceneries, lush environments, epic battles, nostalgic soundtrack, fun platforming and so much more, will immerse you and keep you coming back for more
    • The action is great and the environments are amazing to see.
    • Amazing graphics, in fact some environments were just down right gorgeous.
    • The pros include a very long adventure, high production values, an impressive variety of good-looking environments and bosses.
    • Waterfalls littered with falling autumnal leaves, snowswept forests, foul swamplands, fog-haunted dead woods, decaying castles and abbeys, and many other environments are portrayed well.
    • The environments are really good, and the cutscenes (not even my thing) are amazing!
    • This game features a lot of mini boss encounters in which you must use the environment around you to defeat them.
    • The environments are cool though, but that's about all this game has going for it.
    • The environments are rich and imaginative, comparisons to Guillermo del Toro's Hellboy and Pan's Labyrinth have been mentioned periodically to which I'd agree
    • it really does have captivating environments that literally make you want to stop and take in the scenery
    • The environments are great, but it's obvious that there is only one path to go
    • The environments are impressive, no doubt, but they definitely don't evoke any sort of realism in terms of what we know to be real
    • I was impressed with the lush environments and layers of the game including the intense boss battles.
    • Castelvania has THE most amazing varied environments EVER.
    • Developers did a spectacular job creating a dark environment with such high level of detail.
    • The environment looks like something you'll see in the back of a postcard
    • Not only were the puzzles overbearing, but I found my myself many times thinking "where do I go next?" because of some sort of bizarre environment design.
    • The scenery is sinister and vast, giving this game the perfect Castlevania environment
    • The diverse and beautiful environments look amazing
    • It is a lot of fun and the environments are beautiful
    • It's a hack n' slash and there will always be the 'light' attack button, the 'heavy' attack button and a grab and jump
