as working in construction, have the thermal camera really help, have a good protective phone is very important, have a big battery who doesnt need it, love the thermal camera when it work, sometime it will crash, i will say 1 out of 10 time, the first week is very good, after the first week, it will start to turn off by it self for no reason, at least once a day, also app start to crash more and more, for the price i fell it should be more faster and reliable, want to keep use this phone so bad, but......after first one been returnedon aug 28th i have bought another one after 1 weeks of use, it didn't crash and didn't restart randomly, but there is a problem with calling, the screen will not go off when put phone to the face, so is keep press random key while calling, the screen does not auto adjust the brightness
after some research, i find out the light sensor is not working, this is such poor quality or just bad luck, probably will return this and get a new one, hopefully next one will live up to its name.3rd one is charm, this one everything is good, is been 2 weeks no problem, once a while have something crash, but is common for this speed of phone, so it doesn't bother me much, i change it to a 3 star for the phone, mostly because of amazon, if not amazon i couldn't imagine how much headache i will have, if you ever try to return electronic other than amazon you will know what i'm taking aboutrecapbig battery, it will last about 5 hours of youtube with full brightness and full volume on speaker, battery can easily last 3-5 days with minimum usagethermal camera is nice, only is slow on start up, when exit it usually say it crashed, regular camera is faster on load up, i haven't see it freeze yet, but once you click want to take a picture it usually take about 1+ second to take picture, so if you want do fast action dont even think about it.screen is bright, which is good when you use it outside.i will recommend it if you need thermal camera, i just wish you lucky enough get a up to standard phonegood luck
