Great hood ,good savings , Good qualityCon: lighting would be nice to have three levels of light ,low ,med and high

I purchased this vent hood for a gas range.

My contractor installed the hood for me today and when we finished and plugged in, we found I can not switch it on, it’s not working

So far been a good hood fan:)
