Sound is great through my radio speakers with supplied cable that plugs into the radio, no skipping from being jarred around, I do recommend this CD player for portability and car uses.

This is a sturdy CD Player, but when driving, if you don't have an analog input, it is hard to hear over road noise.

OK this is a great cd player this is the first one that I have seen that has a speaker which is great if you don't want to use the headphones that come with it.
