The bottom poles were a bit bigger than the top and I struggled trying to get into the top because I didn't know nor could I find anything on the size difference in the poles.

It's a little bit tricky to set up (I needed a second set of hands) but I think it works great for the price

You first set up the stand, then attach the arms in an X. Attaching the screen to the arms is a bit tricky by yourself but doable
-
A bit awkward to set up...assembling the arms to hold the screen up and taut is a bit of a pain, but the screen is nice and flat and excellent viewing.

It's a bit hard to get the screen
-
With help it's a lot easier because of the length of the screen, it tends to wobble a little bit as you're unrolling the screen
