I understand that the item was probably more popular than anticipated, and no, I don't want to cancel the order, but I do wish Amazon could at least give me a ballpark range for when I might be able to get

This item is a good product, but has frustrated me with movies

For me the resolution is the most important item on the tablet

Well I usually like refurbished items, however this one came under furnished

Only bad is that one of the chargers wasn’t working( wouldn’t charge the tablet) overall great item!
