It did look a little damaged with a strange marking in the middle of the plastic

it came with a tear on one side and a mark thru like somebody drove over with studs

UPDATE: it's been a week of everyday use and the scuff marks are in abundance

Good Size mat and worked well for what i was looking forbut on usage for a week notice the wheels of the chair leave marks on the mat so far no cracks or breaks hope it holds up well and is durable for the usage .

It get horrible marks from the wheels...color and material cheap!

No marks on this one and the color is more clear than the ugly gray like the first one I received

They are just marks not divets, cracks or indentions.

I ignored the bad reviews and bought it anyway, how "bad" could a sheet of plastic be anyway?This thing will get ugly white marks all over it the first day you use it, and it will get progressively worse every day

very bad product, the edges are now all curled up and it has horrible stress marks all over it.

My husband used his caliper to measure that!Just rolling the empty chair on it created white dented marks!

so it doesn't look as nice as in the picture.

I was looking for something to slow down my chair wheels so chair would not constantly want to roll like a flash and dump me out as it went... and this is not that kind of pad.
