While am definitely giving this a 5 Star (it probably deserves a 4.5, however, it’s better than other battery cases I have had, and quite reliable thus far) be aware of a few things:- while this says 5,000 MAh, please be aware that it will be a little less than 5,000 just because of the fact that anytime a charger is being used, the heat from it when charging always takes away from the full charge itself, so people may be reading it as 5,000 MAh and assuming they’re going to get a good 2.5 charges out of it, it’s more like 1.75 - 2 charges, assuming you aren’t too active with it while it’s on the

While I imagine people prefer to make things easier by leaving the case on when charging, personally I’d recommend charging the case separately, only because I think when you place it on the charger, the phone is being charged through the battery case, and the case is then being charged by the charger cord, and I think just having that continuous charge tends to ruin the battery over time, especially if the battery case doesn’t turn off while it’s being charged

This case isn't too heavy or bulky and delivers a great charge

The fully charged portable battery can charge my phone twice without recharging

but I have no complaints so far and would recommend this for this great price, as well as over the more expensive Mophie brand cases as long as you don't care about a case being very protective of the phone
