There's a crucial information about certain limitations of the "unlimited" services (Article 7, paragraph 3 of their Terms and Conditions):"It is understood that in the event that the daily threshold of 10 MB or the monthly threshold of 25 MB is exceeded, the use of the services, data traffic and messaging may be slowed down up and/or limited to midnight of that given day or to midnight of the last day of that given month

I got the "Your chatsim has been blocked due to abnormal use"

While they are relatively up front that your use will be throttled if you attempt to send or receive multimedia messages (which means the moment someone sends you a photo in Whatsapp you must renew), what they don't tell you is that your text usage is limited to 75MB a year

If they can fix that, it'll be the greatest service I've used, ever!

ChatSIM suspended my service for "abnormal use" because they were apparently counting my WiFi traffic.5

However, careful configuring your phone is needed and you have to restrict the use of data by all the other apps

and they turned off my SIM Card, stating "abnormal use"

I think the instructions are plain and easy to install it and block the unwanted use of data, which is the key of the success of this system
