It is a bit loud, so I feel like I have to close my office door when using it, but overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.
-
Works every bit as well as the more expensive brand.
-
This is definitely a lot smaller, and a lot lightweight, and consequently a bit cheaper feeling than the Keurig K10/K15.

FEATURESgreat footprint size on counter - 5attractive style, although material in red color appears a bit cheap - 4very efficient removable drip tray - 5helpful distance between downspout and drip tray for large mugs/cups - 5well designed drainage of water around reservoir
-
Was a bit hesitant to buy an off-brand coffee maker, but it does what it's supposed to do
-
Brews a bit slower than a Keurig, but due to the small size, ease of use and great price, it’s hardly an inconvenience
-
It takes a little bit of time to warm up.
-
A bit noisy but makes a great cup of coffee.
-
At first it was ok but leaked a bit
-
No problems - it does take a bit longer than your large keurig

-

The only refillable I found that fits this machine is the Melitta e-filter Reusable Coffee Filter (not currently available on Amazon)
