Things product has great reviews but it worked for a week and no longer would drain into my cup so removed the pointer on top because it was clogged it seemed when I removed the pointer it worded but the Coffee grounds and Water came out of sides reason

New Keurig's have BAD reviews and look

After much research and reading customer reviews on leading coffee makers, I decided to try this one because of the positive customer reviews.

I read the other reviews both the good and bad

Ordered up a Chulux after reading positive reviews

When I saw the Chulux and the outstanding reviews I decided to take a chance.

After going through 4 Keurig single coffee machines at $99 each over the last 5 years or so, I saw this Chulux for less than half the price of a replacement Keurig and read all of the positive reviews, took a chance and bought one

i was happy to receive it cause i saw nice reviews, but when i got it it broke down in 3 usage

Although this product received great reviews, I don’t think it deserved it

I bought this based on the reasonable price and good reviews

I don't understand all the positive reviews for this thing

So I paid $19.99 for this Chulux which had great reviews, and glad I did

However, after I flied a negative review, a very nice customer service person from Chulux contacted me and said she would send me a replacement (for free) and asked me to take the review down, which I did.

In my opinion, Amazon should remove this product and never do I provide poor product reviews.

While I had never heard of the CHULUX, the reviews were mostly very positive.

I decided to get this little coffee maker based on the positive reviews by others.

I ran across this one on Amazon, and reviews were good

Perfect size, great reviews and half the cost of the brand I was initially looking at.

Despite the good review, the one I got only fixed 4 cups of coffee.

Can't complain because my Chinese is much worse than their English, but I noticed a few other reviews that said the light kept blinking and would not reset, so I wondered if they had the same miscommunication when reading the instructions that I did

Plus it had so many good reviews

I would also like to add, that getting in contact via e-mail with the Chulux company, I am also basing my review of their prduct on their exellent customer service

I am skeptical yet after reading the bad reviews, but so far it is working even better than the name brand keurig that I had to recycle
