I bought 2 7" monitor/ camera & this one has better color

The screen showed a crystal clear color picture complete with the built in guidelines identifying the "safe zone"!

In darkness or low light it's more on the black and white side, but in lighted situations, or in the daylight, it's in beautiful color

It works just fine, the color is a little white on a sunny day, but who cares, $30
