Clarity on message playback was very poor.

Clarity on my end is good.

However, I found the phone was easy to set-up and the clarity was exceptional.

By the way, she LOVES the Clarity Alto phone, and we are buying a second one for her.

I have used clarity for years, great for hearing aide users

The increased volume available and clarity of sound certainly live up to its name
