To test the accuracy I set this up next to my escort passport(expensive/very accurate radar unit)

If it keeps on giving me false positives in city driving, I may have to go to a more expensive unit.

I have tested it side by side with a friend's more expensive Passport unit and the Passport unit picked up all the cop cars

(At detecting anything but police radar) This unit excels at finding every automatic doors on stores, accident avoidance equipment on other cars, other radar detectors, air molecules, and just about anything that is not going to give you a ticket
