Very nice and useful product especially during winter, or at cold places.

Even using the type of cup required by the seller, the product never got warm.

I'm using it, but perhaps a heating element in the cup itself, which is what the more expensive products have, is the better approach to hot coffee half an hour after you brew it.

Very nice product.

Product looks nice, modern and i love the click on/click off feature that's contingent on the mug being in place, however my coffee never gets/stays as warm as when it's first poured

A terrible product and a complete waste of money.
