Great product and fits for regular mug!

When the products actually gets hot it works really well but it seems that I have to try over and over again for it to get hot

I am updating my previous review to tell how great the product is now that I have a unit that works!Raymond contacted me after the last review I posted and suggested a couple things I could do to get my unit to work.

The product was great but it died after only having it for a month...possibly a defective device but not sure!

This product works well (so far), and I like that the seller included a little tip about using the heat conductor disc for ridged bottom coffee mugs.

Would be a great product if it worked all the time.
