Good tooth paste

Overall, my teeth are thankful to be clean, fresh, and cavity free.

It cleaned my teeth thoroughly with a pleasant taste and breath.

It is also designed for sensitive teeth

But as for me (my teeth are somewhat weak, and I do not smoke or drink), this Colgate Total has been best for my teeth

What I have noticed is that my teeth aren't sensitive, which is how they always were with Sensodyne.

They might THINK that their formula doesn’t stain teeth, but I’ve got a mouth full of currently stained (but previously pearly white) teeth that beg to differ

This is a very good basic toothpaste, and it is supposed to be good for sensitive teeth in addition to the more common attributes.

I didn't realize it was supposed to be good for sensitive teeth, and my teeth are not especially sensitive, so I can't judge if this helps a lot, but you don't need sensitive teeth to appreciate a good paste that makes your teeth and mouth feel good.

This white toothpaste has a minty flavor and does a good job of cleaning the teeth and tongue and leaving the mouth feeling fresh

but I don't use the recommended inch since that's not truly necessary to clean my teeth, tongue and cheeks.

My understanding is that toothpastes for sensitive teeth that are specifically designed for that seal up the pores in the tooth that allow in the cold or hot water that sets off the nerves.
