Oh, and for a laser printer, the quality is fair

Super expensive to replace ink (cost nearly as much as the original printer purchase, sort of) 3) Poor software design quality for the MF Scan Utility

The quality of the color printing for photos is outstanding, even on plain printer paper, and there is nothing on this printer that would want me to give it any less than 5 stars

The printing is high quality, the doc feeder works well, and the scanned images are clear

I have a lot of experience with Brother color laser printers and they work well for a while and then lose their quality over time

The printer does produce impressive quality color print even on plain paper however with an eye towards projected replacement costs for consumables, I will not be printing a lot of color jobs with this one.
