Quality fabric, silky smooth, holds it all in but doesn’t have seams that cut in on your legs

Being older, but very active, i like the high waist as it doesn't create a 'muffin top'.

I recommend sizing down in these as I am usually a medium in leggings and got a small and they fit super well
