The customer service has been great also – had a little trouble figuring out the strap and they got right back to me.

So we purchased adjustable strap to hook on buttons from another seller

It comes with a bad and electronic tuner and a strap

I didn't like the strap it came

It is beautiful and came with extra stings and a tuner and a couple of picks as well as a cleaner cloth and neck strap

My big and only issue for now (and I have since updated my review) is that the strap that is included, was confusing and didnt look like the correct product as it didn't apear to have a place to attach to the uke

I think that the strap is a little weird but its pretty good anyway..

Nor was I expecting quality accessories (although the tuner appears to be as accurate and user-friendly as my Snark tuner)
