I can sleep with a skunk in the next seat, but noise drives me insane!I built an earlier machine (since stolen by a burglar -- sigh!) which maintained itself real quiet thanks to a CoolMaster 4-pipe holding in check a mid-high range AMD chip and a 25-30lb+/- Antec Sonata III case

but i want to switch to a liquid cooler for better temps and noise

But it does work well and no loud CPU fan noise is nice!

At first I thought the rattling noise was coming from my old cooler, which it was, then noticed a new rattling had appeared

It makes an awful loud ticking noise at a certain speed

I purchased this fan/heatsink back in 2012, today 12/19/2017, the fan has started to rattle and even after cleaning, it still is making an annoying noise.

THIS cooler has been making this crackling noise the whole time, and I figure its because of the plastic fan attached to it

so I'm stuck with this ridiculous noise until I figure out what I want to do.

Its good i overcloked i7 6700k

I dread ever having to put new thermal paste on since I have to deal with getting the damn mount back on every time

Although, only 4 stars because the title says LED but this has NO LED’s on it.
