The wood is sturdy and the colors are beautiful

like most of these kinds of furniture, the wood "tears" easily.

This is decent quality wood, not the cheap thin crap.

Two of the flimsy leg pieces had the screws rip through the cheap "wood" material after they had been secured and we were attempting to move it to attach it to the hutch and main desk

Spent 2ish hours putting this together only to have the screws that hold the legs I place (and the desk itself up) shred through the other side of the cheap “wood” and completely ruin the entire desk and then realize the back wasn’t made correctly and neither was the keyboard section

Only reason for the -0.5 star is due to the sensitive wood

But the wood that holds the keyboard drawer broke right
