I have AMD A8 3520M processor and its upgraded memory controller can take good advantage more RAM

I would recommend this RAM if you want a super fast MBP.

My mom's computer doesnt need special RAM, just cheap ram that works.

Long story short, I spent around 200 dollars needlessly only to come to the conclusion that this entire time, I had faulty RAM.

The ram will actually make it slower.

This ram is garbage.

Total RAM is now 12 gb and worked fine right away.

This ram was very inexpensive and did exactly what I needed..

Put back the RAM that came with the MBP and it works fine

Clearly, this RAM I got was faulty

Then Windows came up (not faster or slower as far as I could see) and showed 7.7GB of usable RAM (instead of 3.7GB with the 4

Still working great as of today.
