Corsair makes FANtastic fans and their performance is quite good for the price.

Good looking, affordable RGB fans, but they lack customization and performance

These fans are excellent--beautiful lighting capabilities and solid performance for a little 120mm

It also seems to keep my computer running a tad cooler as well (performance wise)

Update 2: I've noticed a lot of people reviewing these fans saying they're poor performance for radiators
