Sound is good - I can hear much more detail as compared with my TV's sound bar, mic is clear according to those I play against and easy to adjust its position adjacent to your mouth

Another day, I noted that the headset made a slightly audible squealing sound when charging from a standard 5v, .5amp, USB charging port

For most gaming this won't be an issue as you may not even need deafeningly loud sound, though if you watch a lot of movies with headphones you may have issues at higher levels
