This looks like a design flaw in the charging system.

I'm in shock that is has such a major design flaw to break after minimal use

The mic quality is the biggest issue as it seems to work sporadically at times

The mic quality is mostly where I think they cut corners as it's actually worse than my headset that i had used for 2 years and had bought for under $20 on here on amazon
