I used to buy super expensive $200 headphones, and they were pretty much the same quality but comfier

These aren’t as good as a dedicated audiophile headphone (like Sennheiser or Beyerdynamic) but they’re very close for much less money, and WAY more functional for the gamer

The microphone works well enough for loud sounds so if you plan on yelling no problem but seeing as that’s not the case I would not recommend the headphones for any casual gamer/recorder like myself unless you plan on using an alternative microphone.

Hate headphones, but for $50 these things are AMAZING

This piece has broke after 3 months of use and causes the headphones to no longer hug the head, and metal to scrape in to my head to use them.

The headphones will work sure, but the MIC WILL NOT WORK

These headphones are pretty

The software is technically optional, as the headphones will work without the additional software, but if you don't install it, you would not be able to adjust the tone or certain features of the HS70.

Overall i think these headphones are a steal, would recommend to anyone trying to save a couple bucks at the cost of a little background noise pickup.

The mic quality is the biggest issue as it seems to work sporadically at times

The mic quality is mostly where I think they cut corners as it's actually worse than my headset that i had used for 2 years and had bought for under $20 on here on amazon
