This cooler, as you most likely know, is among the best price/performance liquid coolers out there

Great cooler!However be careful of the fragile aluminum in the heat sink, can dent easily

According to quality reviews, air coolers perform almost as good as liquid AIO coolers and there is NO BUGGY SOFTWARE.

Back to traditional cooling methods for me, these liquid coolers don't seem reliable enough.

Great Cooler,It was very easy to install, I just wish they would ship it with the fan's already screwed on, it is a little annoying having to do it myself.

Huge air coolers like the Cryorig R1 Ultimate and Noctuas are just as capable as these water coolers today

I prefer these aio coolers over the huge passive ones

Of course, all decent coolers are easy in a socket 2011, as there is no backplate, but even so the standoffs, dropping the pump on through the standoffs and then the big thumbscrews, it was easy and not prone to fumbling

Now when you pit this cooler against other RGB lit modern coolers at this size, you're paying roughly the same but obviously buying fans seperate will likely net lower noise than stock fans the compitetors throw in.. thus if you buy this and a couple fans, you're getting something really nice, nicer than the competition at this

After less than 6 months the pump in the AIO cooler failed causing the CPU to over heat has not worked since do not recommend but the NZXT kraken coolers are much better.

NZXT does make some nice AIO coolers, but they are almost double the price

a CPU Fan error and the proccesor was 98 C

My i7 maintains a cool 45-50 C regardless of the load, even with prime 95 running the temperature does not increase

The cpu started overheating 90-100 c every time

Great solution instead of A/C, bought about 10 of these and placed them in various places on my body

a 6850k i7 CPU overclocked to 4.2 GHz and even under the heaviest loads (e.g., Mass Effect Andromeda with 'ultra' graphics settings, Prime95 on the torture test and AVX instructions _enabled_), the CPU never goes above 63 C, and typically idles around 30-35 C in a relatively warm room

They say ideal is 50 C, max sustained is 60 and you have a cooling problem if your cpu stays at 70 for long

My old air cooler had 18 C at idle and 25 C while browsing the web
