CORSAIR K70 LUX RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - USB Passthrough & Media Controls - Linear & Quiet - Cherry MX Red - RGB LED Backlit

    • I went with the RGB model because it is higher end and figured they might apply better quality control, and glad I did!

    • Excellent quality.
    • Lights are very bright and the keyboard is just fantastic quality
    • -Amazing typing sound-great color quality-excellent quality materials-fun stock graphics in CUE softwareCons-steep wrist rest (for some)-lack of accessories to make light more vivid (white or reflective back plate)-use of RAM for premium RGB effects-the inability to load and retain stock graphics on the keyboard
    • I've always used Corsair RAM and never even realized they made a bunch of other good quality hardware
    • The build quality is fantastic
    • I always justified paying the premium price as design and build quality of their products has been excellent
    • Beautiful keyboard, excellent quality, feels great
    • The build quality on this keyboard is remarkable; feeling very sturdy and just as I'd expect from a mechanical keyboard, the buttons click audibly
    • Nice price, great quality
    • PROs:Fantastic looking product that not only looks premium but feels like high quality build all around
    • Fantastic build quality, and with periodic cleaning it still looks outstanding
    • Very poor quality keyboard.
    • This should not be a problem with a 160.00 dollar keyboard, corsair needs to be held responsible for their low quality chosen materials and poor quality control
    • TL;DRPros:-Great build quality and great finish on the product.-Keys are responsive.-Extensive customizability.-Comes with an extra USB port on the keyboard.-Comes with wrist rest (Not the best, but still a wrist rest).-Stands are horizontal instead of
    • Good quality, no issues so far
    • Good quality!
    • Amazing keyboard and great quality but my only problem was some of the keys has a spring sound on
    • Could have saved money and purchased another brand, but still great quality for Cherry MX Red
    • The keycaps are smooth, the build quality is solid and the rgb lighting is phenomenal
    • Metal backplate makes for sturdy build, quality, bright LED
    • - Overall great build quality (with 1 caveat, explained below)After only three weeks of normal use, the plastic on the bottom of my CAPS LOCK key-cap cracked rendering the key-cap unusable
    • The build quality on this keyboard is amazing

    • Very responsive, high quality keyboard
    • Amazing keyboard and great quality but my only problem was some of the keys has a spring sound on
    • The build quality of this keyboard is amazing and the materials used seem to be premium.
    • Amazing keyboard, high quality
    • a single optional usb pass through separately powered, but I've found my mouse (logitech G502)to periodically become unresponsive when plugged in(more testing in the future, could be user error). The aluminum build quality of the k70 is greater than that of the Corsair Strafe(plastic) and equality to that of the Corsair k95
    • It's sturdy build quality combined with it's quality makes it a very good keyboard
    • I honestly would have liked to spend at most $100 to get a keyboard like this, but after researching and researching I was hard press to find anything comparable that had all the same features without losing any quality
    • For the price I did expect the media keys to be of better quality.

    • Typing is a pleasure on a good quality mechanical keyboard.
    • I thought this was new, but if I had to guess, amazon sold me a referb and called it new and Corsair has poor quality.
    • For this kind of money, you would expect top quality product
    • Takes some getting used to has incredible build quality and durability
    • Losing the quality of the bits with thinner cables??
    • but it's as loud as a
    • Not to bad as it’s my very first mechanical keyboard and you have to be sure what you type is what you wanna type
    • The ease to register a key press does mean that you have to be careful while typing, as it's easier to make typos, but with some practice you can easily type quickly.-the key replacements for FPS (WASD) and MOBA (I don't remember because I don't play MOBAs) are a nice touch
    • Really disappointing as I was looking forward to this.
    • I actually blame this on gigabyte as it's more likely they made me a bad mobo
    • After researching, I selected this keyboard for its history of reliability, particularly regarding its Cherry MX Red switches, as well as for its program-ability, form, and durable frame.
    • I use this keyboard both for daily use in my home office where I work most of the days in the week, as well as for gaming
    • The L key doesn't work all of the time any more.
    • Looking at the key, it appears the plastic "T" is either fractured or broken off
