I suspect I’d have been happier with some $40-50 wired, non-ANC “XTRA BASS” headphones.

The noise isolation doesnt take out all the street noise we encounter (I bought these because we live on a very busy street) but the annoying bass notes from turbo diesel trucks is deffinitely muted out- when music is playing its almost imperceptible
