The product itself is a beautiful pink color and comes beautifully packaged, but on the side that is designated to go on the Right ear, whenever I walk, and just at a regular pace, the plastic makes a loud crackling noise.

Nice to buy a product that does exactly what it is supposed to do - deliver quality sound, sit comfortably on the ear, and provide good noise reduction.

I was amazed at how loud the 'background' noise from the air handlers at work were after removing the headphones which had the noise cancelling active.

My defective pair was refunded and replaced for me by this company, so far after a couple days of testing the headphones have not had the screaming noise issue in the left driver

, however i experienced static noise from the left earphone most likely to replace these
