So don't give up on this great product, it just does not work at all as it should with Verizons systems and a few others as reviewers have noted

Simply does not work with Comcast VoIP

The smaller font counter in the upper right corner does display "the number of times a blocked number has tried to call", but only when you select the "Block List" and scroll through each blocked number and you get the number of times for each blocked number.

Once a number is blocked it never even rings, although the number does show up on the TV.

#2" does not seem to work at all.

That does limit the amount of the history of calls received on my phone system, but that a small price to pay to be able to block all those unwanted calls.

Finally got it partially working but does not work the way the directions say.

The CPR V5000 does work with just the phone connected.

1. on cordless phones, pressing # 2 blocks the call at the moment, but does not place the number in the Block List.

For the price, I expected this call blocker to work better than it does

This device does not work with my AT&T router, in any of the wiring configurations shown in the instructions

Forget the "Do Not Call List", apparently it does not work any more

Some products are overly complex and this one does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Device does not work with cordless phones using T-Mobile Line Link, either in serial or parallel mode.
