It just says we are busy and tells you to enter your phone number and they will get back to you.

The Call Blocker V5000 has 2 different connect cables to connect the Call Blocker to the telephone, which means in order to add a phone number to the Call Blocker, the cables must be switched, the to-be-blocked number entered, and the cables exchanged back to the phone call reception configuration...that is a frustration, but manageable.
