Any caller that comes through the line that displays a telephone number on the CPR Call Blocker can be blocked using the BLOCK NOW button or # and 2 methodTo do the # 2 method, answer the call from a DECT 6.0 wireless handset then press the # key then the 2 keyYou can also press the DOWN ARROW key on the Call Blocker to scroll through the list of your 20 most recent calls, scroll through the list until you find the number you wish to block – when the number appears on the display, press BLOCK NOW to block that

It would be easier to use if the screen also showed the ID of the caller rather than just the telephone number.

Only the incoming telephone number is displayed on the CRP Call Blocker; not the name of the caller.

you must have Caller ID.We have a landline with an unlisted/unpublished telephone number.

I purchased this instead of an entire new telephone set with call blocker because it was pre-programmed with thousands of numbers and allowed more new telephone number entries.

Otherwise, tracing the number you want to block from previous calls is almost impossible since the name of the caller is not displayed, just the telephone number

One of my persistent caller is a spoofer who changes his/her apparent telephone number to match my area code and local exchange.

The device hooked up seamlessly to my answering machine landline (AT&T TL96273), which still works as before.
