    • My handle was loose
    • Easy to use, love the wood handle to grip, seasoning a plus in later clean up!

    • and I have concern that the shorter wooden handle seems you could burn hand on metal of handle when hot..

    • I considered a four star because the handle doesn't seem the best, but can easily replace it with a good piece of hickory, should it fail
    • I then reattached the handle, using some wood filler to take-up the wobble-space (probably caused from expanded steel and/or shrunken wood from the heat).As others have mentioned, it is easy to touch the metal where it meets the wooden handle and burn your hand.

    • Recommend using coconut oil for seasoning as it takes high temperatures very well.
