    • Pan must be seasoned properly for approximately 40 mins but after that, it’s perfect.
    • Bought this for my wife for Christmas to use on our gas range (20k BTU) along with a wok ring (purchased separately at a different vendor).Seasoned on the stovetop according to some YouTube videos (blued the steel, then wiped with oil and burned that in).Very beautiful and great once seasoned - very nonstick

    • Make sure to follow the prep directions forst though so your pan is seasoned
    • After around five times of proper seasoning, it turn black... and become a non-sticky
    • I highly recommend using Flax Seed oil when seasoning and do it at least 3 times before first use.
