The other things is I burned myself a touch when accidentally grazing the lower part of the handle because the steel goes up a little too high

Because its so lightweight it will lose heat quickly after removed from direct heat, but that is actually a good thing as you don't need it retain heat after you are done stir frying.

Thing gets crazy hot.

I like this wok, but the only thing is it doesn't have a flat bottom, so it sort of leans slightly one side or another, which isn't a big deal, just never had a wok that was that way.

I can't say enough good things about this wok

One thing to note, if you didn't properly remove all the factory coating from the wok, your wok will smoke.

This is one of my favorite things

and the thing literally started rusting before my eyes.

The most important thing to remember is that this is solid steel and does NOT have a non-stick coating on it.

n’t clean it well, but after trying 5 times, I knew I wasn’t the problem.
