Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy - PlayStation 4 Standard Edition

    • This game is a lot harder than I remember the original being, some levels are just too hard to be fun, but over all I love Crash
    • The moment I started playing I remembered how tough each levels were how linear they were
    • Also, they still have those stupid levels where you are running straight at the camera and can't see what's in front of you
    • Crash 2 is still a phenomenal game, and it doesn't so much have bad levels as it has little gotchas here and there that feel a bit cheap, such as a jump in one of the snow levels where you basically have to be off the ledge before jumping to make it, or some spots in the levels where you're running away from something where you just can't see an obstacle coming up and have to memorize the layout after a few failures
    • The levels are beautiful and faithful to the originals.
    • It still has its humor, still has great levels, but everything has been given a new coat of paint
    • This is a hardcore game with very tough levels especially later on as the levels get to be extremely difficult
    • On the same line the ice physics in Crash 2 in particular got really mucked up by the weight change to the point where I actively dread levels with ice in it
    • Even more rewarding is Crash's reaction expression in the 100% ending, especially considering some levels task you to break every box WITHOUT DYING ONCE to earn a colored gem
    • Impossible to get pass some levels, just stupid
    • Very fun and addicting but also frustrating levels
    • That being said it still has some of the most creative levels in the series, but it didn't quite as go as far as the second game in terms of gem collecting or challenge
    • crash one and 2 frist level or 2 is
    • Feels finished and polished and the levels are fun and exciting
    • They had good level designs, secrets and a lot to explore
    • Whelp prepare to start the whole level over, Crash 2 & 3 feel pretty good but again get bogged down by the level design which will force ou to retry from the start and wasting your time
    • The levels seemed a little tougher as well but overall loved it brought back some childhood memories!
    • Yeah some levels are so hard it took dozens of attempts just to get to the
    • This game is a lot harder than I remember the original being, some levels are just too hard to be fun, but over all I love Crash
    • This game is absolutely terrible with awkward clunky controls and very bad level design especially in some of the harder lever the bac controls and bad depth perception becomes extremely apparent
    • Now in the N. Sane Trilogy, if you fail a bonus level, you can just try again the second you respawn by stepping onto the warp platform that appears to take you to the bonus level
    • But then I forgot how difficult the levels were to the point I got so irritated with losing lifes one after another
    • The levels are a lot more difficult than we recall, which seems to be the consensus online.
    • This isn't so much a problem for Crash 2 (I haven't played either version of Crash 3, yet), but Crash 1 has some needlessly brutal levels, such as The Native Fortress, which is so cheap and full of fake difficulty I moved on to Crash 2 instead
    • There were a few levels that my cousin and I played thru where they were very tedious, jumping from platform to platform and we would die every time and couldn't figure out why
    • The levels also had more variety to them, greater challenges, and more intersesting things to do
