I love that these won't dry out, as a marker would if the lid were not replaced.

It doesn't wipe as easy as the markers but it also doesn't leave behind that faint staining

The regular markers smell and they're always drying out because the cap is never put back on

My only complaint is that they don't erase quite as easily as regular dry erase markers, but the fact that they don't stink and never dry out, since they're dry to begin with, more than makes up for it.

For writing on the board in the classroom I still prefer markers, although these are nice from time to time

We have a step 2 easel at home for my kids and although the washable markers are great as far as washable, they do tend to get a little messy with them.they get marker stains all over their hands and such

I bought a pack of Crayola dry erase washable markers for my toddler when he received an easel set for his birthday, and those poor markers lasted maybe a week

and it's not easy to erase off either!Well, markers may cost more and have to be replaced more often but at least she is using it again!!!!

They seem about as good on writing on whiteboard surfaces as the fine-tip markers as far as the lines and quality thereof for what I've been able to work with them at this point
