Feedback can be an issue but the mic seems to be directional so make sure it's pointing at your face and not at the speaker

Works really well, good sound quality, it’s loud without being distorting, although you have to be careful that the mic and speaker don’t get too close, the feedback can be awful.

in order for folk to hear me I need the volume at close to maximum and that produces incredible feedback.

The only downside was it did give terrible, screeching feedback if the mic and speaker got within 6 inches of each other

the sound quality of this is good but the belt clip will likely break off as it did on mine and on those of colleagues.
